What does the Job entail?

We have partnered with organizations to train AI large language models, helping cutting-edge generative AI models write better code. Projects typically include discrete, highly variable problems that involve engaging with these models as they learn to code.

We are seeking experienced software engineers and coders to be part of the artificial intelligence (AI) revolution.If you are an experienced software engineer, computer scientist, programmer, or just great at solving coding challenges (Codeforces, Sphere Online Judge, Leetcode, etc.), this may be the perfect opportunity for you. Join our partner's team in training AI models to excel at coding generation! We're seeking talented software engineers to work remotely on exciting projects. As part of this opportunity, you'll contribute to training generative artificial intelligence models, helping them become proficient coders and building the next generation of coding tools.

1. Hackerrank Interview

In the first stage, we conduct a one-on-one technical interview with the candidates on HackerRank. During this stage, we assess the candidate's technical skills and expertise, problem-solving abilities, and coding proficiency.

2. Video interview with Panel

In the second stage, we conduct a video interview with a panel of our technical and non-technical team members. This stage allows us to assess the candidate's communication skills, teamwork abilities, and cultural fit.

3. Take-Home Assignment

In the third and final stage, we provide the candidate with a take-home assignment that allows them to showcase their coding and problem-solving skills. This stage allows us to assess the candidate's ability to work on real-world problems and their approach to problem-solving.
